In 2021, Sophos shifted to subscription based selling .
This was in direct contrast to their current Sales cycle and required a complete revamp of business processes.
This was a mammoth undertaking for such a big enterprise and required shifting to Salesforce CPQ, simplified business processes, SKU rationalisation among other things.
Objectives
CloudVille architects were onboarded to help Sophos on the following main tasks
- envision the way forward.
- ramp up the implementation teams to meet the vision.
- run workshops to simplify business process.
- technical designs to handover to Third Party SI.
- design the Migration approach.
